I decided to write poetry based on people that I had the talk to who struggle with borderline personality disorder. I had a 15-30 minutes phone call with four people and I turned their story into poetry.

Inspiration: 

Molly, Luxembourg. / always dyes her hair different colors when she’s about to have a breakdown, bpd trait: unsure about identity

Anthony, Ontario. / cheated on his girlfriend, regretted it and tried to kill himself, bpd trait: promiscuity, suicidal tendencies.

Lizette, Mexico. / toxic childhood, toxic relationship but manages to leave, bpd trait: trauma, recovery

Christina, Nevada. / hates her life, early dx with bpd* and wants to die, bpd trait: suicidal tendencies, the possibility of being diagnosed with bpd early.
